How do I delete my account? Open Profile → Delete Account and confirm twice. This permanently removes your data. If you cannot open the app, see how to delete your Train3D account.
How do I manage my subscription? Open Profile → Membership → Manage subscription, or restore purchases if you reinstalled the app. You can also cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.
Location not working? Grant location access when prompted, or open device settings if access was denied. Train3D only uses your location while the app is in use, to find nearby wellness centers, gyms, and studios.
