Train3D ("we", "us") provides fitness programs, progress tracking, wellness discovery, and AI coaching. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Account information (name, email, phone number), profile photos, workout and habit progress, saved and AI-generated recipes, AI chat prompts and responses, and approximate location when you use nearby wellness or cooking features. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect in Profile → Connected Devices, we read heart rate, active energy, and workouts so the session screen can show live metrics and sync training minutes and calories. We also write completed workouts (streak is stored on workout details), dietary energy, and water intake back to Apple Health or Health Connect. We do not store raw heart-rate time series on our servers — live metrics stay on your device, and only session totals (training minutes and active calories) and daily active energy may be synced with your progress and calorie balance. We do not access clinical health records, and we do not use HealthKit in the background.
We use your data to authenticate you, sync workouts and progress, generate AI coaching and recipes, show nearby places, and improve app reliability. Health data is used only to display live workout metrics, calculate daily active burn, compare that burn with logged nutrition, and save completed workouts, meals, and water to your connected health app. We do not sell your personal data.
We process data with Appwrite (auth, database, storage), our Spring Boot backend, OpenAI (AI chat and recipes), and Google Places (nearby wellness and cooking classes). On iOS we use Apple HealthKit; on Android we use Health Connect. Location and AI prompts are sent only when you use those features. Health platform data stays under your OS permissions and is only accessed after you connect devices in Profile.
You can delete your account in Profile. Deletion removes your Appwrite user, profile, workout history, recipes, chats, and avatar. Some logs may be retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.
